01 · Product & process developmentManufacturing takes place exclusively in Germany, at the Maisach site: in the class 10,000 cleanroom, under hygienic conditions comparable to an operating theatre. We train our production staff in house for their responsible work.
02 · Contract manufacturingFrom ordering through to storage: in the component and finished-goods warehouse in Maisach we manage the wide range of materials needed for the individual assembly of the tubing sets.
03 · Materials management1,500 m² of warehouse space at the Maisach site. You choose the most economical solution: collection ex works directly in Maisach, or HMT stores your sets and delivers straight to the hospitals, reliably across Europe.
04 · Warehousing & shippingQuality means reliability and safety for the patient. HMT is certified to EN ISO 13485, the standard that applies to manufacturers of medical devices. Our suppliers are certified as well and document their products.
